No. Bioinformatics is not an subject which can be taught online. There is lot of difference in online-learning and face-to-face learning. Even if you manage with the high-speed internet and softwares, you lack the interactive mode of learning such higher degree courses. One should be self-motivated to progress with such approach. One cannot gain new skills as they fail to have the opportunity of hearing questions and discussions from other students.
